I am a first time home buyer and my lender Stephen made the process a lot smoother with his timely response to sending the documents He requested of me. I felt I was always at top of his priority list and we closed on our house much sooner than expected.

While this is a review I've been waiting to write for much of my adult life, i never would have imagined it would be as heartfelt and honest as it is. I met Janice Quinn more than a year ago when i started my home buying process. From day 1 Janice was nothing but considerate, patient, and informative; walking me through the process every step of the way. Michael Jabel was extremely professional/courteous and a pleasure to deal with from start til finish. Every-time i called he answered, and every-time i emailed he responded within a half-hour. The mortgage rate was great, and the closing costs were lower than i originally anticipated too!
There were extra forms and processes that had to be completed due to the ongoing pandemic, but i was informed of this from the start.

We worked with Matthew to process a loan in 30 day timeframe. He and his team are very professional and responsive. We rarely had to wait for more than an hour to receive the response to our queries. Also he kept the loan terms straightforward and met the timelines on all occasions. Also very personable and understanding in his approach. The loan processor was also quick on key milestones of the processing. Overall very smooth experience.

Steve was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly during a somewhat complicated process involving selling and closing two properties with an out of state purchaser buying in an attorney state (SC). Even with a 3 hour time difference and the VA hoops to jump through Steve was able to stay on top of things and keep us informed of what was needed along the way.

During all the chaos of Covid 19, Stephen Roe made the refinance process very easy! He is very responsive & very personable. Any questions we had, he answered right away. Our rate ended up being LOWER than what we originally discussed!!! Nice guy, couldn’t have asked for anything better! Will definitely do business with him again!
